Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Fees
Here is an outline of how we calculate flat shipping costs on our site:
$0.01-$100.00 - $12.95 Flat Shipping Rate
$100.01-$200.00 - $17.95 Flat Shipping Rate
$200.01-$300.00 - $22.95 Flat Shipping Rate
$300.01-$499.00 - $25.00 Flat Shipping Rate
$500.00+ will be offered free ground shipping.
Flat Shipping Rates, and Free shipping EXCLUDES international orders, and special orders (including nonstock, reagents or chemicals). Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that there are items that may returned with a restocking fee, or may not be returned under any circumstances; some of these items include hazardous merchandise, certain consumables, flammable items, and non-returnable items. Cenmed reserves the right to designate an item as a non-returnable item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns
First call and speak to a customer service representative in order to obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). No product will be received without an RMA.

Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Restrictions
A large part of the inventory on this website, chemicals, needles, etc are for restricted sale to customer with a medical or laboratory license. We reserve the right to cancel any order for a private customer or business who is not able to provide us with proof of their license to purchase the restricted items.
